The Home Owners' Association exists for the benefit of the owners of property situated in the Development. The objective of the Home Owners' Association is to strictly adhere to the development concept of an Eco-Estate.
Membership of the Association shall be compulsory and automatic upon the registration of any of the erven in the Development. All relevant issues are referred to within the document below.
