The Homeowners' Association exists for the benefit of the owners of property situated in the Development. The objective of the Homeowners' Association is to strictly adhere to the development concept of an Eco-Estate.
Vision of the Estate is:
- To be the premium eco-estate in the Western Cape by creating a secure and safe community that cherishes our unique natural environment and embraces the spirit of neighbourliness.
The Mission of the Estate is:
- A secure and safe place of residence for all homeowners.
- A unique nature-friendly and ecologically protected living environment.
- A financially sustainable estate committed to quality.
- A community that encourages respect between homeowners and harmony with nature.
Membership of the Association shall be compulsory and automatic upon the registration of any of the erven in the Development. All relevant issues are referred to within the documents below.
